Description
ORBIS was born from the idea of Mavimatt together with the designer Raimondo Sandri, and is made up of several elements. ORBIS is a circular sculpture-complement, charged with almost primordial energy.
In its pupitre version, it looks like a precious totem dedicated to the world of wine, both for storing and displaying bottles, thus becoming an ideal piece of furniture for wineries, restaurants, private residences and hospitality structures. The shelving version, on the other hand, looks to the decorative aspect, with its elegant shelves suitable for displaying precious bags or shoe collections.
Both solutions are capable of characterizing domestic spaces, common spaces, luxury and retail, because thanks to ORBIS, luxury reaches its maximum, mixing with the charm of jewelry and the expressive power of sculpture. However, nothing would have been possible if Sandri’s vision had not met the know-how and quality of MAVIMATT, which thanks to its exclusive metallization technique has given ORBIS that touch necessary to elevate it to something extraordinary. On the ORBIS sculpture, in fact, this incredible technique is visible and admirable, which consists in the fusion of metal wires of the highest purity and quality (copper, zinc and brass), pulverized and then projected onto the surface to be coated, whatever it is.
The result is a material that, in fact, has left its old dimension to embrace a new essence, a new life. Therefore, ORBIS is ingenuity and metallization, but also broken marble, which offers the work a magical majesty. In detail, the marbles used are: Emperador Dark, Red Travertine, Guatemala Green, Black Marquinia, Royal Yellow and Carrara White. On request is possible to use other types of marble. The lines of these marbles blend with the aesthetics of ORBIS, creating a unique object, which transmits great emotion, even if only from first look.
The finishes for the structure with which ORBIS is proposed are: yellow gold, pink gold, black nichel and silver. On request ral colors in matte or glossy are applied.
Packaging and shipping
The customer will receive Orbis fully packed in a custom-made wooden crate, tailored to its dimensions, ensuring maximum protection during transportation from the company to the final destination. The transportation will be carried out in a safe and protected manner.
